Tile Pattern Roof Panel
The unique tile-patterned roof panels, produced for the first time in Turkey by Sağlam Panel, stand out with their aesthetic designs, ergonomic features, and ease of application. These special panels are not only visually appealing but also aim to reduce earthquake risk. The Tile Pattern Roof Panel, which blends the traditional tile aesthetic with contemporary building needs, adds an elegant touch to the exterior of your building. Produced in different RAL color options, the panel offers an aesthetic that complements the appearance of your building. The Tile Pattern Roof Panel, known for its lightness and easy installation, provides a lightweight structure, avoiding the heavy weight of traditional tiles. Thanks to this feature, it can be easily transported and applied with a quick installation process.
Offering top-level performance in durability, the Tile Pattern Roof Panel shows high resistance to environmental impacts. Thanks to the insulation material between the inner and outer layers, it provides energy savings and optimizes the building’s thermal balance. Additionally, its fire resistance enhances the building’s safety and offers a secure living space for occupants.
With a wide range of applications from warehouses to factories, homes to gyms, the Tile Pattern Roof Panel offers easy installation with its net 1-meter coverage feature and provides maximum efficiency at minimal cost.
With ISO, TSE, and CE quality certifications, the Tile Pattern Roof Panel combines safety and durability, offering a reliable and modern solution.

Trapezoidal Sheet
Trapezoidal sheet, known for its high durability, is made from galvanized thin steel sheet or aluminum, and can be produced either painted using a special painting technique or unpainted. Commonly referred to as corrugated sheet, trapezoidal sheets form the basis of self-supporting roof and facade cladding systems. Considering aesthetic and economic requirements, the most suitable product can be chosen from various color and geometric options. The multi-layer coating system on the galvanized base material provides the highest level of corrosion resistance. Offering various coating color options, it allows for the customization of aesthetic appearance and enhances surface resistance.
The trapezoidal sheet, with its square form, offers an industrial style, but in some cases, different applications can achieve a pleasant and harmonious facade appearance. The wave-patterned rectangular sheets with this profile typically provide a softer, more aesthetic exterior look and cater to specific preferences.
This single-layer cladding is a suitable option for industrial, agricultural, or warehouse buildings that do not require thermal insulation. It can also be used in areas exposed to internal and external temperature changes (condensation). It is also commonly preferred in areas such as gyms.
For thermally insulated halls, a double-walled facade cladding connected to the roof, with higher and lower sheets placed between insulated secondary load-bearing systems (galvanized profiles), is generally preferred. A specific and careful temperature and humidity analysis is required to determine the most suitable technical features of the facade structure (insulation and substrate type, structural thickness, etc.). To reduce noise pollution, this facade system, with perforated sheets on the inside, will provide higher sound absorption. Trapezoidal sheets can also be applied to flat wall structures.
